Our Houseboats are available in three catagories

Standard	:	These houseboats will provide all the basic facilities.
Deluxe	:	These are more luxurious and more spacious than standard houseboats.
Deluxe A/c	:	This category has all basic requirements of delux category with an additional facility of air-conditioning in bedrooms.

Additional person of age limit between 6-15 years, and above 15 years will be charged a sum of Rs 500/- and Rs 1000/- respectively (pre person per night). A person below 5 years of age, will not be charged.

	We have houseboats with one double room and two double rooms. One room house boat can accommodate two people and the two room house boat can accommodate four people.
	All our house boats have lobby cum dinning area, bedrooms with attached bathroom, a sun deck and a kitchen.
	The real traditional Kerala cuisine served in our Houseboats by a personal cook. The house boat tour starts with lunch, evening coffee or tea with snacks, dinner and breakfast.
	In our each houseboat total three staff which includes a cook and two crews. The cook will also act as the captain of the house boat.
	The house boat cruises through the backwaters during the day time till sunset and for the overnight stay it will anchor somewhere in the lake till morning.
